[Laurel opens the door for her with a smile, before stepping back to let her sister in.]

Hey. C'mon in. Root beer?

You bet. Did I beat the pizza here? ( she asks over her shoulder as she waltzes on in and flops down on laurel's couch. considering she doesn't smell it, she's assuming that it's a yes. )

I'm starving.

[prosecutorial]

It should be here soon.

[And with that, she will wander into the kitchen, fetching two root beers from the fridge and going to sit down next to her.]

I ordered it just before I called you.

[leaguer]

Thank god. ( sara pulls her legs up onto the couch so she can sit cross-legged, taking a sip of her root beer and then setting the bottle down in the little nest her legs have created. )

I'm trying to get my fill of actual, real food before I have to go back to the fabricated stuff on the Waverider.

[prosecutorial]

[She wrinkles her nose a bit at that.]

As unappetizing as it sounds, I still wish I could go with you sometimes. Get to travel through time?

[leaguer]

( sara sobers a little at that, lets the small smile threatening the corners of her mouth take its rightful place. )

Yeah.

— Yeah, that'd be nice. Maybe once we finally get out of here ...

( she lets that thought linger; look who's finally stopped being so skeptical of everything, be it this city, her incentive, multiple earths... if what the representatives have told them is true, laurel will be alive when sara returns to their world.

[She smiles a bit at that, then nods in agreement.]

We'll do that. We'll do so many things.

[They have the time now. Darhk can't take it from them again. She reaches for her sisters hand and gives it a small squeeze before she continues.]

But I want to go home first. I need to check on Dad - make sure he's okay.
