Oh, what an interesting question! I suppose I'm looking to relax and settle in for a while. My position necessitates a lot of traveling, I haven't really spent a long period of time in one place for the last several years.
You and I have that in common. Can't remember the last time I stayed settled somewhere for more than a month or two. Having been here for almost a year, I can definitely confirm that it's a surprisingly nice change of pace. You'll like it, I think.
